What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on our site, we collect the details you choose to provide:

- Your email address
- Your phone number (if provided)
- Your company (if provided)
- The content of your message
How we use it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and deliver any work you ask us to do, and to keep in touch about your project. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where relevant, taking steps to enter into a contract with you.
Form processing
Our enquiry form is delivered to us through Formspree, a third-party form service, which processes your submission and forwards it to us by email. Their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy. We only share what is necessary to receive and reply to your message.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and project correspondence only for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to request a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, just get in touch.
